Composite decking
If a low-maintenance option is something you need, composite decking is definitely the best way to go. Made from recycled wood, plastic and other materials, composite boards require no sanding or repainting/staining, just occasional cleaning. They are also resistant to water and UV damage and look just like real timber. Although the initial cost is higher than timber decking, it may be worth it to you if you don’t have the time or desire to maintain your decking.
